The roadmap

Build the capability.
Show the progress.

From private model access to intelligence the community can run, fund and improve together.

Delivery gates, not promised dates
01

Available in beta

Beta service

Start using the Gateway

Supported external models, optional passkey or access-key accounts, and model credit funded with shielded ZEC.

WHAT MAKES IT READY

Keep catalog, routing, credit states and backup instructions consistent.

Available capabilities depend on the enabled models and payment routes.

02

Next validation

Model + index integration planned

Give the model evidence

Connect one hosted open model to a narrow, maintained chain index. Return source records with every supported answer.

WHAT MAKES IT READY

Demonstrate correct results, block context, freshness, refusal on missing data and reproducible API output.

Depends on working ingestion, a bounded tool interface and an evaluation set.

03

Measure before scaling

Proposed pilot

Make shared access dependable

Run a limited pilot. Measure real workload cost, queue time, concurrency and answer quality before setting member allowances.

WHAT MAKES IT READY

Publish benchmark method, service limits, funded runway and operating costs.

Hardware purchases follow observed demand and matched rental comparisons.

04

Before a sale opens

Draft sale planning

Make participation clear

Finalize what is offered, the token network, allocations, access rules, custody, eligibility and recovery.

WHAT MAKES IT READY

Publish final terms, audited implementation, independent review and tested payment-to-claim recovery.

US access remains excluded at launch. Other eligibility rules require final terms.

05

As capability grows

Planned releases

Release more of the stack

Ship permitted model adaptations, local packages, deployment guides and more index coverage. Grow the fleet when usage supports it.

WHAT MAKES IT READY

Downloadable artifacts, licenses, hardware requirements, evaluations and coverage reports.

Third-party open weights remain identified; ZOO adaptations do not erase base licenses.

06

Long-term ambition

Future development

A network people can help build

Expand contributor roles, carefully introduce independent operators and define which decisions the community can control.

WHAT MAKES IT READY

Operator requirements, verifiable service, documented voting powers and transparent budgets.

A dedicated facility is conditional on scale, power, economics and operational readiness.

Zcash-native assets

Research with a clear purpose.

We’re evaluating a native shielded-asset route for ZOO, subject to protocol availability, wallet support and independent review. The token network is not selected.

Progress you can inspect

Publish the evidence.

Each gate should link to a release, benchmark, coverage report or reviewed implementation. A label alone does not establish readiness.

Credit earns points.

Each ZEC paid for model credit earns 100,000 ZOO points. Points have no cash value and promise no token, allocation or return.

Also on the path

The secondary private-pool payment route remains testnet-only until audit. Wallet release details, model choices and chain coverage will be published when verified.
