What does the $179 payment cover?

One calendar year of Suite membership: $60 in AI model credits, 5 GB of ZOO Mail storage and ZOO VPN access for up to 5 devices. VPN is in beta. Native apps are forthcoming and have no announced release date.

How do I pay? Can I use a card?

Payment comes from your paid Gateway balance. Add funds with shielded ZEC, then return here to review and confirm the $179 charge. Card checkout is not available. Funding your balance does not automatically buy a membership.

Is AI usage unlimited?

No. The plan includes $60 in credits for Gateway model usage. Each model has its own usage prices. You can add more credit when you need it. Included AI credit cannot pay for Suite membership, and unused credit is retained after your membership ends.

Will I be charged again next year?

No. There is no automatic renewal. You choose whether to buy another year. Renewing before your term ends extends your existing expiry date by one calendar year.

Do I need a new Mail account?

No. Connect your existing ZOO Mail account to your Suite membership. Linking gives Mail permission to check your membership; it does not merge accounts or move your mailbox keys. You still sign in to Mail separately.

What about the first 100 free Mail accounts?

The first 100 claimed Mail accounts receive 1 GB of Mail storage free. That offer is for Mail only; it does not include Suite membership or $60 in AI credits. A Suite membership gives a connected Mail account 5 GB of storage.

Are Wallet and future apps included?

ZOO Wallet does not require this paid membership. Your wallet funds stay yours. Messenger and additional native apps will be introduced as they’re released; they are not available through this checkout today.
